What’s it like to Volunteer at Cultural Coalition?

Come Find out.  Have lots of fun doing it!

volunteerWhether you’ve ever attended our events or not, you can imagine the kind of behind the scenes work that goes into orchestrating free, family-friendly gatherings like our Dia de Los Muertos Phoenix Celebration, or our El Puente Fest. In addition to making sure we include a multitude of local artists, and a diverse selection of musicians and performers, we often find that our volunteers are one crucial aspect of these events that keep Cultural Coalition going.

For this reason, we cannot express enough how integral our volunteers are to keeping events like these in the community, and how fulfilling it is to be a part of preserving arts and culture in the area.

This October, we embark on our 5th Annual Dia de Los Muertos Phoenix Festival, which has grown in attendance and popularity every year; That’s why more than ever we need Volunteers to keep these events going! If you would like to give back to the community by donating your time, reach out and let us know.

We are still looking for volunteers to assist in Children’s Art Activities, Vendor Load-in, Information Booth, Parking Directionals, Greeters,  Event Surveys, Merchandise Booth, Set up and Clean up, as well as Security. The Festival will take place Sunday, October 23rd in Downtown Phoenix at Steele Indian School Park, from 12-6pm. Get in touch with us, and see what you can do to help!
